Types of shifts we have setup:
 

* Load Out - meeting at the storage unit to help load everything out to get to land.

* Gate - this is specifically greeting people at gate, making sure they sign a waiver, and directing them where to go to get "inside"

* Setup - help unloading, setting up structures, tables, etc

* Kitchen Duty - helping clean up at Wally's camp after us heathens roll through

* Tear down - Help take down structures, etc and loading them up for transport

* Storage Return - help unload things back into storage

* Land Guardians - do a skim over the field at the very end to help ensure we didn't leave a mess
